Test & Service Facility

• Clean mechanism and current carrying component, insulating component with cleaning agents and Dry Cloth.
• Inspect for signs of overheating on current carrying and insulating components, terminals & terminal Support, or any physical damage)3.  Inspect for loose, broken, worn, or missing parts 
• Ensure all the operating mechanisms function properly 
• Check the condition of power and arching contacts 
• Check for any physical damage on the arc chute.
• Carry out lubrication according to the manufacturer’s association. 
• Inspect the proper operation of the auxiliary contact block. 
• Check the electrical and manual ON/OFF operation of the Breaker.
• Contact Resistance of Breaker.
• Closing Opening Timing of Breaker.
